Skyworks is a team inspired by a positive culture to build exceptional customer experiences. Our Rochester branch needs a Customer Service Coordinator . In this position the candidate will assist our customers by: Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude Responding to customer service inquires and issues in a timely manner. Knowing our products inside and out to answer customer questions. Maintaining accurate records and documenting customer service activities. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Knowledge of construction equipment is preferred.
