Job Description

Help Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences in a Growing Technology Company We are a rapidly growing security, alarm monitoring, and smart technology company seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Customer Success & Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, staying organized, and being an important part of a team. You'll serve as a key point of contact for customers while helping keep office operations running smoothly. No industry experience is required—we will train the right candidate.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Position Overview As a Customer Success & Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the company. You will work closely with customers, technicians, and management to ensure efficient communication, accurate recordkeeping, and seamless office operations. This position is fully in-office and offers opportunities for growth within a fast-paced and expanding organization. Key Responsibilities The responsibilities listed below are intended to describe the general nature of the position and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Serve as a friendly and professional first point of contact for customers Answer, screen, and direct inbound phone calls Assist customers with basic technical support and account-related questions (training provided) Follow up with customers regarding deposits, paperwork, scheduling, and service-related needs Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and office staff Prepare, process, and organize customer and office documentation Scan, upload, and maintain records within company software systems Maintain accurate customer information and account records Update customer statuses and records within QuickBooks Assist in resolving customer inquiries and administrative issues Support scheduling and operational workflows Maintain organized filing systems and office records Assist management with special projects and administrative initiatives Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned Qualifications The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a team environment. Preferred Skills & Experience Strong customer service and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Basic QuickBooks knowledge preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Strong problem-solving abilities Professional phone and email etiquette Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and collaboratively Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Prior administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred Reliable transportation Consistent attendance and punctuality Due to the nature of our industry and customer interactions, employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment screening and verification requirements.
