The Position:
CalSource is seeking an enthusiastic and personable Customer Service Coordinator. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll play a vital role in our team. The individual in this role will split time between working at the client site and at the CalSource facility performing customer service duties, collections using our accounts receivable system, or other responsibilities, as needed.
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: Maintaining the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM). Answering phone calls and addressing customer inquiries. Greeting clients with a friendly and professional demeanor. Providing basic administrative assistance for various computer systems used in the calibration laboratory. Responding to customer service calls, emails, and web requests promptly and courteously. Coordinating field service work with customers and maintaining onsite schedule Performing shipping and receiving duties, as needed Process calibration documents for technicians Generating calibration quotes Other duties and responsibility, as necessary
Minimum Requirements:
2 - 5 yrs relevant experience with a High school diploma or equivalent Exceptional customer service and phone skillt Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail Must be personable and interact comfortably with clients and co-workers Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision Efficient with Microsoft office, specifically Excel and Outlook EOE/AA/M/F/Vet/Disability ATS is an equal opportunity employer where employment is based upon personal capabilities and qualifications without discrimination due to race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as established by law.
