Job Description

Service Manager - Powersports Dealership We are seeking an experienced, driven Service Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume multi-line powersports service department. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, technician productivity, customer satisfaction, warranty administration, and profitability while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day service department operations Lead, train, and motivate technicians and service staff Monitor productivity, efficiency, and workflow Ensure excellent customer service and issue resolution Oversee warranty processing and repair quality Achieve department sales, labor, and profitability goals
Requirements:
Previous service management experience (powersports, automotive, or related industry preferred) Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Experience with technician performance management and customer relations Competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities available. Pay:
$75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
