Onsite Human Resource Coordinator Salary:
$21.00-$24.00 per hour
Schedule:
Hours - 5:30-2:30am must be available weekends
Location:
Byesville, OH Join Our Team at Manpower We're seeking Onsite Human Resource Coordinator to support one of our key client locations in Byesville, OH. In this role, you'll act as the bridge between talent and our client, managing daily HR and staffing responsibilities in a large, fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth. Ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment and enjoys solving problems while building relationships. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with associates and client contacts Support onboarding and check-in processes while providing ongoing communication Monitor attendance and performance, offering coaching and recognition as needed Identify and resolve issues, acting as a liaison between associates and the client Source, place, and retain talent based on client workforce needs Be responsive and available for escalations, including occasional weekend needs Qualifications Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role Strong communication and critical-thinking skills High attention to detail and ability to multitask Empathetic and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving High school diploma or GED required Ability to walk frequently in a large facility and adapt to a warehouse environment Flexibility in schedule, including early morning arrival and weekend availability for escalations What's In It for You Competitive salary: $21-$24 an hour Weekly pay Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits Paid time off Career development and internal growth opportunities Work Environment This role is based onsite at a large manufacturing facility undergoing construction.
