As the Client Associate, you will represent one of our leading partners, helping customers connect with trusted services that improve the comfort, functionality, and value of their homes. Client Associate:
Connect with customers to understand their connectivity needs, ranging from wireless upgrades to larger telecommunication needs. Recommend services that align with each customer's goals, budget, and timeline, ensuring clarity and confidence in every decision. Act as the primary point of contact, guiding customers through the sales process and building long-term relationships that foster trust and loyalty. Identify new sales opportunities in local communities, positioning our client as the go-to resource for quality connectivity services. Consistently work to achieve and exceed sales targets, helping more customers access the connectivity they need. Use CRM tools to track sales orders, customer interactions, manage leads, and ensure effective follow-up. Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on industry trends, service offerings, and best practices in home improvement sales.Our Ideal Teammate:
High School Diploma or GED required Experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles. Home improvement experience is a plus but not required. Competitive, results-driven mindset with a strong work ethic. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — ability to simplify complex services and build trust quickly.
