As an integral part of our service team, this person will be responsible for scheduling service appointments and following up with customers who no-show or cancel, to re-schedule their appointment. This position pays $14.00/hr plus a bonus. $34,000 - $35,000 per year. At Cascade Auto Group, we strive to make every customer a customer for life. RESPONSIBILITIES
: Answer all calls inbound to the Service Department Schedule all appointments and provide assistance appropriate to the caller's needs Coordinate customers' vehicle service appointments, including scheduling and coordinating loaner or rental vehicles, as applicable Monitor scheduled reservations, contacting no-shows daily to reschedule Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution Operate switchboard telephone system Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold Be friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees
REQUIREMENTS
Exceptional organizational skills Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs, and requests to the appropriate personnel Team player Positive attitude Availability to work rotating Saturdays Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
