We are currently seeking a Management Associate to join our growing team and support our Kinetic Fiber campaign. As a Management Associate, you will receive hands-on training in leadership, team collaboration, customer engagement, and business operations. The Management Associate role is designed for individuals who are motivated to grow professionally and gain experience working alongside experienced leaders. You'll learn how to support day-to-day operations, assist with team development initiatives, and contribute to overall business growth while building a strong foundation for future leadership opportunities. Responsibilities of the Management Associate Support daily team operations and customer-facing initiatives while developing leadership and management skills. Assist with training and mentoring new team members by providing guidance, support, and ongoing feedback. Monitor team performance and customer interactions to help maintain service quality and a positive customer experience. Participate in onboarding, leadership development, and team-building initiatives designed to support professional growth. Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement, team development, and operational success. Promote a positive, team-oriented environment that supports company goals, customer satisfaction, and business growth. Qualifications of the Management Associate A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership potential with a willingness to learn and take initiative. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, team leadership, or related fields is a plus but not required.
Pay:
$57,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
