Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and proactive2nd shift employee to oversee daily operations and ensure a high standard of service within our establishment. You will play a crucial role in managing workflow, and maintaining a positive environment for both staff and customers. This position requires strong customer service skills, the ability to handle various tasks efficiently, and a commitment to excellence in service delivery. Duties Coordinate daily operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth workflow. Work with team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards. Skills Strong customer service skills with excellent communication skills. Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Experience in working with teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with hotel systems is a plus. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
