Job Description

Office, Camp Store & Events at Pine Creek Hocking Hills Pine Creek Campground is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Office, Camp Store and Events Team Member to support daily administrative and customer service operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, works well in a fast-paced environment, and has strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and assist guests and staff professionally Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service Support team members with day-to-day operations and special projects Help create a welcoming and positive environment for guests and families Plan, organize, and lead daily activities and events Work closely with team members to develop new activity ideas Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized environment Assist with setup, cleanup, and preparation for events and programs Weekend availability required
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment Positive attitude and team-player mentality Basic computer and office skills required Comfortable interacting with children and families Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Preferred Skills:
