Primary Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and secure timely payments through proactive relationship building. Identify overdue accounts by reviewing financial reports and reaching out to customers with empathy and professionalism. Resolve payment issues and disputes by collaborating directly with customers and our internal sales team. Process customer credits and adjustments to ensure accurate billing and high customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, payment plans, and account statuses. Support the finance team by assisting with payment processing when needed. About You Strong customer service and active relationship-building skills. Effective communication and negotiation skills with a positive attitude. Skilled in problem-solving and finding win-win solutions for payment delays. Familiarity with office software including Microsoft Office. Proficiency in data entry and basic numerical calculations.
