Statewide Ford is seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Experience & Sales Development Coordinator . This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and creating exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience & Sales Development Coordinator, you'll play a key role in customer retention, vehicle acquisition, and business development while learning the automotive industry from experienced professionals. Through paid training, mentorship, and hands-on experience, you'll have a structured pathway into automotive sales within 12 months. What You'll Do Welcome and assist customers throughout their dealership experience. Coordinate and schedule vehicle deliveries. Conduct vehicle delivery appointments and explain vehicle features and technology. Assist customers with FordPass setup, Bluetooth pairing, and infotainment systems. Ensure all delivery paperwork and customer information is accurate. Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction. Support the sales team with customer communication and appointment coordination. Maintain CRM records and customer follow-up activities. Help generate online reviews and customer referrals. Create a positive and memorable ownership experience for every customer. Contact orphan customers regarding current Ford incentives, equity opportunities, and vehicle upgrade programs. Conduct outbound phone calls, texts, and emails to generate appointments and re-engage past customers. Work closely with the service department to identify vehicle acquisition opportunities. Engage service customers regarding trade-in values, equity positions, and upgrade opportunities. Assist with dealership vehicle acquisition efforts by identifying and sourcing quality pre-owned inventory from customers. Support dealership marketing campaigns and customer retention initiatives. Schedule and coordinate sales appointments for interested customers. Develop sales skills through hands-on training and mentorship in preparation for advancement into a Sales Consultant role.
