What is an Agent Services Coordinator? As a key member of a Keller Williams Leadership Team, the Agent Services Coordinator provides needs analysis, implementation and integration of KW technology systems and resources for our broker-customers. This is an on-site position that provides in-person and remote support, meeting our broker-customers where they need us. In addition to one-on-one support, the Director will cover the office reception duties, while the main task is to provide group training and workshops to help our broker-customers master technology that saves them time and money. Leadership's goal is to blend this role with that of a Transaction Coordinator with additional duties and the opportunity to be bonused on closings. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our broker-customers and contribute to our organization's growth and success. Who are we looking for? Our ideal Coordinator has a professional appearance and demeanor, is self-driven, a learning-based individual that will dig deep into real estate technology and build relationships with our broker-customers through consulting and training. Exceptional customer service skills, some background in technical troubleshooting is helpful and ability to work successfully as part of a team are required. What will you do? Drive an outstanding experience by building relationships and providing solutions to our broker-customers. Train our broker-customers on KW Technology Provide timely engagements with broker-customers with a prompt response to their needs Onboard new broker-customers into KW's tech platform Reception Duties and maintaining a professional atmosphere in the office Communicate with Leadership Team for current and future opportunities Who should apply?
