Job Description

Landscape Account Manager Graham Landscape & Design LLC Own the client. Own the schedule. Own the outcome. We're looking for an Account Manager who can take full ownership of client relationships, service delivery, and route execution across a portfolio of landscape maintenance accounts. This is not a passive role. You will be responsible for ensuring work gets done correctly, on time, and profitably—while identifying opportunities to grow each account. If you're someone who can manage both people and process, this is a high-impact position with real upside. Compensation & Benefits $56,000
  • $60,000 per year (dependent on experience) 40 hours of PTO after 90 days Access to employee health care plan after 90 days What You'll Be Responsible For Manage a portfolio of landscape maintenance and enhancement accounts Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communication Own and optimize weekly service routes (Monday-Friday scheduling) across multiple crews Conduct regular property walkthroughs to ensure quality and identify issues early Coordinate closely with field crews to ensure work is completed to scope and standard Identify, propose, and close landscape enhancement opportunities Attend all pre-construction (pre-con) meetings for new accounts to ensure clean job starts Track account performance (labor, materials, quality) and take corrective action when needed Maintain detailed notes and documentation within company systems What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) First 30 Days Learn all assigned accounts, crews, and service expectations Establish communication with all clients and begin regular check-ins Develop working knowledge of route scheduling and service cadence Attend pre-cons and begin understanding job setup and execution 60 Days Take ownership of route scheduling and weekly service execution Manage client communication independently Begin identifying and closing enhancement opportunities Proactively adjust schedules based on weather, labor, and client needs 90 Days Fully own and optimize all assigned routes with minimal disruption Consistently deliver high-quality service with strong client satisfaction Maintain an active upsell pipeline and contribute to account growth Operate independently while improving efficiency and reducing issues What We're Looking For Experience in landscaping, construction, or service-based account management Strong organizational and scheduling skills (this role requires real operational ownership) Ability to manage multiple clients, crews, and priorities at once Strong communication skills with both clients and field teams Problem-solver who can anticipate issues before they become problems Sales or upselling experience is a strong plus Familiarity with CRM, scheduling, or job costing systems is preferred Who Succeeds Here You take ownership instead of waiting for direction You're comfortable holding both clients and crews accountable You can balance relationships with execution You don't get overwhelmed by moving parts—you organize them You look for ways to grow accounts, not just maintain them About Graham Landscape & Design We are a growing landscape company focused on delivering high-quality service and building long-term client relationships.
