The Position As an Account Coordinator , you will play a key role in supporting our dealers and customers by managing quotes, warranties, order entry, and day-to-day account coordination. You will serve as a reliable point of contact for dealer requests while ensuring orders are entered accurately and processed efficiently from start to finish. This position works closely with our sales team, project coordinators, production department, and leadership team to provide exceptional customer service and operational support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, thrives on organization and communication, and takes pride in delivering a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to dealer and customer inquiries Prepare and manage customer quotes with accuracy and attention to detail Process warranty claims and coordinate resolutions with internal teams Accurately enter sales orders into QuickBooks and internal systems Manage daily incoming emails, purchase orders, and dealer requests Coordinate with production and shipping teams to support order timelines and delivery schedules Maintain organized records of orders, warranties, and customer communications Support the sales and project coordination teams with administrative and operational tasks Proactively identify potential issues and help resolve them quickly and efficiently Ensure a smooth workflow from quote generation through order fulfillment Who You Are Detail-Oriented You catch the small things before they become big things and take pride in accuracy. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in account coordination, customer service, office administration, or a related role Experience handling customer communication, order processing, or administrative support QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required.
