About the

Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crewleader to join our team in the Accommodation and Food Services industry. As a Crewleader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment in Newberg, A0044. Your main objective will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are performing their duties efficiently and effectively. You will be a key player in maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in the food service industryStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyFlexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a supervisory or management roleKnowledge of food safety regulations and proceduresExperience with inventory management and ordering supplies

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the team members to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively and efficientlyTrain new team members on company policies, procedures, and standardsEnsure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and in good working conditionMonitor inventory levels and order supplies as neededResolve customer complaints and ensure that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner

As a Crewleader, you will utilize your strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate your team members.
