Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Smoke Shop Manager to oversee daily operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a safe and efficient environment for both staff and customers. As a Smoke Shop Manager, you will be responsible for managing the shop's day-to-day activities, handling inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, and employee supervision. Maintain and organize store inventory, placing orders for products and ensuring stock levels are adequate. Train, schedule, and supervise staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Monitor and enforce store policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers. Assist with sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the business. Handle cash transactions, operate the register, and prepare financial reports as needed. Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain loyal ones.

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail or a management role, preferably in a smoke shop or similar business. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. In-depth knowledge of smoking products, including tobacco, vape products, and accessories. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be 21 years or older (if required by local regulations). Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:
