We are a fast-growing recreational fishing gear and tackle ecommerce company with local roots. This position is responsible for guiding our team and managing our retail and wholesale operations. Main Responsibilities Managing the day-to-day operations of both retail and wholesale businesses such as: Timely processing and shipment of orders. Receiving and put-away of inbound shipments. Maintaining accurate inventory counts. Customer service Consulting on marketing and sales strategies. Training and supervising our team. Processing invoices. Moderate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must. Fishing experience and knowledge is a plus, but not required. This position may occasionally be required to lift up to 50lbs.
