Job Description:

Avo Photonics is a dynamic contract engineering services company that designs, develops and manufactures custom opto-electronic products for a large customer base. Members of our staff have the opportunity to design, prototype and produce next generation products for a diverse range of markets including environmental, medical, military, industrial, aerospace, and communications. We seek a diligent, dedicated and meticulous person who will help to further our success and reputation in the industry through world-class customer service. The successful candidate must plan his/her own work schedule, keep multiple records, be self-motivated, maintain a professional presence, and have the desire to take ownership of projects.

Specifically :

Support Business Account Manager through detailed tracking to closure of customer commercial requests Prepare and create detailed cost models and customer quotes for non-production services related to engineering, fixtures, equipment, etc. Manage customer purchase orders with timely reconciliation and closure Ensure customer payments are received on time; promptly resolve issues Attend customer commercial meetings as assigned by the Business Account Manager for awareness and to manage non-production services provided by

Avo Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance 3 years in a cost accounting or business analyst role, with customer-facing experience Expert knowledge of spreadsheet applications, with strong attention to detail Experience in enterprise ERP systems with SAP preferred Strong computer skills including use of Microsoft 365 and Google workspace Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
