improve worker safety through reliable, high-performance gear. The Role We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently Provide product information, pricing, and availability details Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely delivery Resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency Maintain accurate records in CRM/order systems Support key accounts and build long-term customer relationships What We're Looking For 1-3+ years of customer service experience (B2B or product-based preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and organizational ability Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus Interest in safety products, apparel, or industrial sectors is a bonus Why Join GSS Safety?
