Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as a point of contact for clients and customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your energetic approach will help foster positive relationships, streamline communication, and support the overall success of our customer support operations. Fluency in Microsoft Office, most specifically Excel, and excellent communication skills will be key to thriving in this fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in client services, Excel spreadsheets, and outbound calling while making a meaningful impact on our customers' experience. Duties Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone and email with enthusiasm and professionalism Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions promptly Assist clients with account management and service requests using Microsoft Office tools and internal databases Conduct data entry accurately to update customer records and sales management data bases Collaborate with team members to improve processes, analyze customer feedback, and enhance service delivery Generate weekly sales reports via Excel Spreadsheet Track inventory via data bases and coordinating with the Office Manager to facilitate shipping of products Additional assignments as needed Experience Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles, preferably involving outbound calling Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a focus on active listening and problem-solving Experience in data entry, analysis skills, and managing multiple tasks efficiently Knowledge of customer service best practices, including phone etiquette and client engagement strategies Exceptional attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records Join us as a Customer Service Administrator and become a vital part of our dedicated team.
