Customer Service Coordinator Location:
Conshohocken, PA Employment Type:
Full-Time, Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days at home)
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to warm leads Answer inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat Provide guidance on health insurance plans, coverage details, and claims processes Follow up consistently to convert leads into customers Build trust with customers by providing clear, accurate, and helpful information Track interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM Meet or exceed individual sales and customer satisfaction goals Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused attitude Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Proven experience in customer service or a related field Strong communication skills (phone + written) Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused attitude Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Chinese or Spanish (both written and spoken) proficiency is a plus
