Internet Service Manager

Automotive Internet BDC Service Manager Looking for limitless growth potential? Amazing Income potential? 40 hours a week and 8 hour days? This individual will have unlimited opportunities to advance their career, as well as those around them. We have a brand new 4000 square foot Centralized Business Development Center. Our BDC team is looking for a leader who believes in the potential of our already thriving organization.

Responsibilities:

Manage and Lead a team of 8-12 Service Assistants in-tandem with supporting management staff. Knowledge of digital and traditional service process. Coach, train and develop Service Assistants. Generate appointments and obtaining monthly department goals. The ability to proficiently deal with customers via telephone, text and email. Manage employee schedules and time clock reporting for payroll. Measure, monitor, and report all Service Assistant productivity for bonuses. Hiring, evaluating, managing, counseling, terminating and disciplining of all BDC personnel. Working Daily in the CRM and other software applications. Training Floor Service Staff on CRM and Internet processes. Train staff on product knowledge and phone skills.

Qualifications:

Outstanding customer service skills. Excellent Computer skills including, CRM, Excel, Google Docs, Word Ability to work in call center environment. Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and organized. Ability to thrive in a team environment and consistently display professional demeanor. Top notch phone and communication skills. Positive attitude with friendly and energetic personality. Ability to coach and motivate staff on a daily basis.
