We provide ocean freight, air freight, pallet shipping, container consolidation, and local transportation support. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate the seamless flow of goods and information across our supply chain, ensuring timely delivery, optimal inventory levels, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Your proactive approach will drive process improvements, foster strong vendor relationships, and support our commitment to operational excellence. Responsibilities Answer customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails Assist customers with shipping inquiries, pricing, and booking Provide shipment updates and follow up with customers Maintain professional communication with clients Coordinate pickups and deliveries Assist with shipment scheduling and container coordination Organize shipping records and customer information Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments Maintain spreadsheets and shipping logs Create invoices, receipts, and shipment documentation Assist with daily office organization and support Perform data entry and filing tasks Post business flyers and updates on social media Respond to online inquiries and customer messages Support weekly shipping promotions and campaigns Skills Required Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Email) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to perform root cause analysis to identify issues within the supply chain or logistics processes. Preferred Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and social media platforms Administrative or office support experience Knowledge of the Nigerian/African community is a plus Excellent negotiation skills coupled with experience in contracts management with suppliers and carriers. Knowledge of e-commerce logistics operations including order fulfillment and inventory stocking strategies.
