We're looking for a highly organized, professional, and dependable team member to serve as the first point of contact for our customers and help keep our shop running smoothly. Position Overview The Client Experience Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting daily shop operations, customer communications, appointment management, and administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, juggling multiple priorities, and being part of a friendly, hardworking automotive team. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with scheduling appointments. Route technical, service, and management-related inquiries to the appropriate team members. Take detailed messages and ensure timely follow-up. Greet customers and assist with vehicle drop-offs and pickups. Monitor the front office and maintain a professional, welcoming customer experience. Assist with shuttle services, parts pickups, and supply runs as needed. Manage web appointments and voicemail messages. Confirm upcoming appointments. Organize vehicle key tags and customer information. Help keep the front office and lobby clean and welcoming, including light tidying, vacuuming, and trash removal. Qualifications Previous customer service or administrative experience. Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required. Strong phone and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable using computer systems, texting platforms, and scheduling software. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional appearance and a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail. Comfortable managing changing priorities in an active shop environment. Benefits & Perks Paid Time Off (PTO): Up to three weeks 401(k)
