Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Manage and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer experiences. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with Dunkin' brand standards, health, and safety regulations. Handle scheduling, training, and performance evaluations of staff. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor sales and work to achieve store goals and targets.
