Technicians Work Schedule:

Experience:

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record 3+ years of related experience and/or training in management in a service industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 3 years of HVAC industry knowledge Strong computer skillsMS Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel) Service Titan software experience is a plus Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a team of technicians Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions and team collaboration Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Strong organizational and administrative skills for managing service schedules, reports, and inventory High school diploma or equivalent Check us out online: www.redmondscompletecomfort.com
