Regional Service Manager Role Are you a hands‑on maintenance leader who enjoys supporting teams, elevating standards, and strengthening maintenance execution across communities? Join Morgan Properties as a Regional Service Manager and play a critical role in strengthening maintenance performance across multiple communities.

Your Role:

Oversee maintenance operations across the region Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled technicians Facilitate training sessions and reinforce consistent maintenance standards Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and safety regulations Build relationships with vendors and negotiate service contracts Monitor performance and implement continuous improvements This role supports a defined multi‑state region with communities located throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and Northern Delaware. The Regional Service Manager must be able to travel within the region and respond on‑site as business needs require, including for urgent or emergency situations.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years in multi-site and/or regional maintenance leadership Strong technical expertise (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) Leadership skills with a focus on team development HVAC certification and/or boiler license a plus
