!!!! Philly Pretzel Factory is looking for a motivated, hands-on Store Manager to lead our South West Philly team! If you're positive, reliable, and passionate about great service, we want to hear from you. Help us build a fun, productive workplace!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations and motivate your team Inventory and product ordering Deliver excellent customer service Train, coach, and support staff development Work alongside your team on the floor Help maintain P&L awareness and cost control Communicate clearly and professionally
Requirements:
Experience in customer service & staff management required Strong communication and leadership skills Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Must have reliable transportation Must be available for daytime and weekend shifts Preferred (Not Required): Experience with catering or food service ServSafe or similar food license Interest in local marketing and promotions Social media or B2B sales experience
