Wireless Customer Representative Business Management Firm - 3.0 Philadelphia, PA Job Details Full-time $52,000 - $62,000 a year 18 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description We're growing and looking for a motivated Wireless Customer Representative to join our Verizon campaign in the Philadelphia area. This is a full-time, in-person role where you'll work directly with customers, introduce Verizon wireless and internet services, explain promotions and account options, and help customers find solutions that fit their everyday communication needs. If you enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment where communication, customer service, and sales all play an important role, this could be a great opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop professional skills. As a Wireless Customer Representative, you'll spend your day: Introducing Verizon wireless services, Verizon 5G Home Internet, devices, promotions, and account options Meeting directly with customers in assigned territories Explaining pricing, wireless plans, internet services, upgrades, and available offers Helping customers compare wireless and internet solutions based on their needs and usage Assisting with service enrollments, account setup, activations, upgrades, and account updates Answering questions regarding devices, billing, account features, and service options Building positive customer relationships through communication and professionalism Maintaining accurate customer records and sales activity Supporting customer acquisition, customer engagement, and daily sales goals What Makes Someone Successful Here Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable working directly with customers throughout the day Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented mindset Interest in wireless sales, customer service, telecommunications, customer engagement, or account support Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in retail, hospitality, food service, customer service, warehouse, sales, or other customer-facing roles is helpful but not required.
