Client Services Manager

We are seeking a Client Services Manager to lead client care coordination, caregiver performance, and service quality for our Bucks County office . What Success Looks Like in This Role High performers in this position: Ensure excellent client satisfaction and continuity of care Build strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers Proactively resolve service concerns and scheduling challenges Maintain high caregiver engagement and retention Support the growth and reputation of the agency in the community Key Responsibilities Client Care Management Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their families Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns Ensure care plans are implemented correctly and updated as needs change Perform periodic client check-ins and quality assurance visits Caregiver Coordination & Support Collaborate with scheduling to ensure proper caregiver-client matches Support caregiver onboarding and training related to client care needs Provide ongoing coaching and support to caregivers in the field Address caregiver performance concerns and ensure quality standards are met Operations & Communication Work closely with office leadership to maintain efficient daily operations Communicate changes in care needs or schedules to the appropriate team members Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with company policies Support recruiting and retention efforts for caregivers Qualifications We are looking for someone who combines strong leadership, organization, and relationship-building skills .

Preferred qualifications include:
