Represent the company throughout the Wilkes Barre area, delivering every customer interaction with energy and professionalism Engage local clients through direct outreach, clearly communicating available plans, promotions, and service options Listen closely to each customer's specific needs and match them with the most suitable solution Guide new customers through the enrollment process with patience and clarity, ensuring a smooth and positive experience Collaborate with your Client Account Coordinating team and attend regular product training sessions to stay current on the latest offerings Uphold the reputation and standards of Apex Tech Connection in every community interaction What We're Looking For in a
Client Account Coordinator:
