Automotive Titling Company (ATC) — a fast-growing, private-equity-backed technology company — is hiring a Dealer Account Manager to join our dynamic client partnerships team. As a Dealer Account Manager, you'll nurture and grow ATC's existing automotive partners nationwide. You'll be the go-to contact for our dealer clients, ensuring they get maximum value from ATC's solutions. You'll handle everything post-sale: onboarding, relationship management, performance tracking, and renewals. What You'll Do:
Manage a portfolio of dealership and lender clients across the U.S. — from onboarding through renewals. Build strong, long-term relationships by understanding client goals and delivering tailored solutions. Lead onboarding and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of ATC's products. Monitor client usage and engagement through internal tracking tools; identify and address gaps early. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to resolve issues and improve client experience. Support renewals and revenue growth through proactive client outreach and value-driven engagement. Provide insights and feedback to help shape future product and process improvements.

Education and Experience:
Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience. Previous experience in account management, client success, or a related role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong planning and organization skills with a focus on results. Excitement about a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Detail-oriented and resourceful with strong business acumen. Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation:
On Target Earnings (OTE) of $58,000-$66,000 annually DOE, including base salary and commission.
