01-Jun-2026 Associate Manager Order & Customer Experience - Richfield MN Full time Regular Job Description As the Associate Manager of Order & Customer Experience , you will help turn order management, fulfillment, and customer experience data into insights that drive operational action. This role supports large and small product fulfillment by helping teams understand order health, identify risks, improve execution, and support the customer promise. You will partner with offshore teams, fulfillment leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to investigate issues, surface trends, improve reporting, and translate findings into clear recommendations. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, curious, and comfortable connecting data to business operations while helping teams move from awareness to action. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on site at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements will be discussed during the hiring process. What you'll do
  • Turn order management, fulfillment, and customer experience data into actionable insights that help teams understand order health, identify risks, and drive informed decision-making
  • Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and recurring business views to monitor performance, surface trends, and support strategic decisions
  • Partner with offshore teams to strengthen operational execution, improve workflow accuracy, and ensure repeatable processes are completed consistently
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to investigate fulfillment issues, connect root causes to business impact, and support customer promise date accuracy
  • Identify process improvement opportunities that simplify workflows, improve reporting quality, and create more scalable ways of working
  • Support documentation, training, and knowledge-sharing to help teams effectively leverage reporting and take action on insights Basic qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in retail, ecommerce, order management, supply chain, analytics, or related fields
  • 4+ years of experience using data, reporting, or analytical problem-solving skills to communicate insights and support business decisions
  • 3+ years of experience managing priorities and driving execution in a fast-paced operational or business environment
  • 3+ years of experience using reporting and analytics tools such as SQL, Power Query, Power Pivot, BigQuery, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools
  • 3+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, or business partners Preferred qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience analyzing complex operational, customer, or fulfillment data and translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • 4+ years of experience leading initiatives or influencing cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • 3+ years of experience supporting high-volume operations, order management, or customer experience workflows
  • 3+ years of experience applying project management, process improvement, or prioritization practices to deliver results
  • 3+ years of experience working with offshore, third-party, or distributed teams
