We are seeking a bilingual Account Manager who is organized, client-focused, and eager to grow into a leadership role as the agency expands. Position Overview This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients, solving problems, and building long-term relationships. You will be the primary point of contact for many of our clients, assisting with policy servicing, renewals, coverage questions, claims support, and account management. You will work alongside our producers, overseas support team, and AI-powered systems to ensure clients receive outstanding service. As the agency grows, this role has the opportunity to develop into a Senior Account Manager or Operations Manager position. Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients Review insurance policies and explain coverage options clearly Assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and billing questions Follow up on underwriting requirements and requested documents Coordinate with insurance carriers to resolve client issues Support producers by helping manage existing client relationships Review renewal opportunities and identify potential coverage gaps Monitor policy retention and client satisfaction Maintain accurate client records within agency management systems Coordinate with our overseas support team to ensure efficient processing Assist with workflow improvements and operational procedures Support claims reporting and claim follow-up when needed QualificationsRequired Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable learning new technology and software systems Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills Preferred Property & Casualty Insurance License Insurance agency experience Experience servicing personal lines or commercial lines accounts Experience with agency management systems Compensation & Benefits Base Salary Performance Bonus Program Licensing Reimbursement Program Bonus for obtaining Property & Casualty License Career Growth Opportunities Leadership Advancement Opportunities Ongoing Training and Professional Development Why Join Savon?
