Job Description
Monarch Home Care is growing and looking for an organized, detail-oriented Care Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day agency operations. This role touches client services, caregiver coordination, documentation, and internal projects — a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. What you'll do: Manage and maintain client files, intake documentation, and case records Assist with caregiver onboarding paperwork, credentialing documentation, and scheduling support Communicate with clients and families regarding questions, scheduling, and service needs Support billing and authorization tracking (Medicaid Home Help program) Maintain agency compliance records and assist with audit preparation Support the agency director with internal projects, research, and operational initiatives Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and internal documentation
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred) Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred:
Experience in home care, healthcare, or social services administration Familiarity with Medicaid or state program documentation Experience with CHAMPS or similar provider portals Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply What we offer: Flexible scheduling.
