DEP is seeking a motivated, experienced full-time Client Account Administrator to join our Digital Retailing team. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and have excellent analytical abilities. Position Overview The Client Account Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our Digital Retailing team. This position serves as the central point of coordination, managing client onboarding kick-off meetings, facilitating the collection of essential information, and aligning internal departmental resources to maintain the project pipeline and delivery standards. Key Responsibilities Manages dashboard administration, including creating dealer accounts, adding/removing users, and updating tool configuration settings. Arranges and conducts client onboarding strategy meetings. Oversees the completion of all necessary setup documents. Maintains the product order pipeline. Reviews and audits active dealer sites. Coordinates with support and inventory teams on ticket requests. Required Skills and Qualifications Ability to clearly and confidently discuss company or third-party products/tools. Comfortable with making calls and sending emails. Highly organized self-starter who quickly adapts to processes and maintains excellent attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects in different phases. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs Suite Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Zendesk, Salesforce Employee Benefits (after a waiting period): Hybrid Schedule Medical, Dental, Vision 401K with company match 10 Paid Holidays PTO and Vacation time off Paid Paternal Leave Why work with us?
