Outsourced Accounting/ Client Accounting Services Supervisor - Manager There's a reason more CPA firms are investing heavily into CAS right now. Clients want more than compliance work. They want visibility, better reporting, stronger processes, and advice from people who actually understand how their business runs. That's where this role comes in. Over the last 12 months, this mid sized firm has been continuing to build and develop its CAS team into something far more advisory led and commercially focused. This is not a bookkeeping department. The work sits much closer to outsourced controller and CFO consulting. Cash flow, forecasting, reporting, process improvement, business insights, and acting as a genuine advisor to clients. You'll still oversee the fundamentals too. Month end close, reconciliations, financials, and review work. But the value you bring goes beyond producing numbers. If you enjoy the more complex controller or CFO side of accounting, but still want the pace, variety, and client exposure that comes with public accounting, this gives you both. The firm is open on level and can consider Supervisors through to experienced Managers or Senior Managers depending on your background. You'll manage multiple client relationships, lead engagements, review work, and help mentor more junior staff as the CAS team continues to grow. There's also real opportunity to help shape the function moving forward. Leadership is invested in CAS properly and sees it as a major part of the firm's future, not just an add on service line. You'll be a good fit if: You're a CPA or EA You have experience within CAS, outsourced accounting, or controller/CFO style work within public accounting You enjoy working directly with clients You're comfortable managing multiple engagements and priorities You've reviewed work or mentored staff You enjoy the advisory side of accounting, not just compliance Flexibility is part of the culture.
