We are looking for a warm, dependable, highly organized person to join our close-knit studio team and help create an elevated, unforgettable client experience from the first phone call to the final goodbye. ✨ About the Role This is a hybrid position combining in-studio client care with remote client communication and appointment management. Our in-studio days are immersive, high-energy, and relationship-focused. You will help create a welcoming, polished environment where families feel cared for, children feel safe, and every detail feels intentional. The remaining workdays are remote and flexible, focused on client confirmations, follow-up communication, and keeping the studio calendar running smoothly. This is relationship-based communication — not cold calling.
