Client Service Manager - REMOTE
Job Description:
This is a full time/direct hire position offering a competitive salary with full benefits package. Title of position: Client Service Manager (Private aviation exp required) Employment location: REMOTE (Northeast US)
Job Summary:
As a Client Service Manager for a global Air Medical SaaS Service company, you will assist in onboarding and managing new and existing business aviation customers across a designated US regional territory. You will serve as the company's primary point of contact to the client after the contract has been finalized and throughout the relationship with Business Aviation clients in a specific, regionally assigned area within the US. Direct Report to: VP of Business Development
Job Duties:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact following the sales handoff.
  • Manage new client onboarding and implementation activities.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to operations.
  • Track onboarding milestones and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
  • Maintain strong client relationships during implementation and beyond.
  • Coordinate contracts, documentation, and administrative requirements.
  • Work closely with sales, operations, finance, and leadership teams.
  • Assist with account management and customer retention initiatives.
  • Identify and resolve onboarding or operational issues proactively.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the client lifecycle.
Job Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years' Business/Private Aviation Customer Management experience
  • Strong understanding of private aviation operations and customer expectations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
