Manages schedules, coordinates client appointments, assists with event planning, handles member inquiries, supports social media and marketing tasks, and ensures smooth day-to-day studio operations. Works closely with gym leadership to streamline communication, maintain organization, and create an exceptional experience for clients, trainers, and guests. Duties Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for gym owner/trainers Coordinate client assessments, bookings, consultations, and follow-ups Assist with gym events, workshops, bootcamps, and special activities Respond to member questions via text, email, and/or social media Support social media content planning, posting, and community engagement Help organize studio supplies, merchandise, and operational needs Assist with vendor coordination, deliveries, and errands Maintain confidential business and client information Support front-desk tasks and provide excellent customer service Help streamline daily systems to improve efficiency and member experience Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Comfortable in a fast-paced fitness environment Experience with scheduling, admin work, or personal assistance preferred Social media knowledge is a plus Passion for health, wellness, and gym culture Education High School Diploma or GED required
