About the Role We are hiring a Client Success Manager to oversee multiple accounts and lead our Team Leads across East Texas. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on: Client retention Team development Operational consistency You will be the face of the company for your accounts. This is not a sit-at-a-desk job — you will be in the field, solving problems, supporting your team, and building relationships. What You'll Be Responsible For Managing client relationships and expectations Conducting site visits and quality inspections Coaching Team Leads into strong leaders Ensuring all locations meet company standards Handling issues quickly and professionally Maintaining staffing and schedule coverage Identifying and solving problems before they escalate A Week in This Role Looks Like Visiting job sites and checking quality across accounts Meeting with Team Leads for coaching and support Communicating with clients and addressing feedback Reviewing shift summaries and team performance Solving staffing or operational issues as they come up Planning ahead to prevent problems before they happen What We're Looking For Strong communicator (clear, calm, direct) Doesn't take things personally (complaints, turnover, pressure) Comfortable in the "grey" between client and company Leadership mindset — not just task-focused Balances care + accountability Proactive and solution-oriented Takes ownership and follows through
Compensation Base Salary:
$50,000 - $65,000 (based on experience) Quarterly bonus tied to: Client retention Team performance Account quality Growth Opportunity This role is part of our leadership pipeline.
