Position Overview:

We're seeking a high-performing Client Success Manager to serve as the primary support for our clients. You will ensure they have everything needed to sell, implement, and support AI solutions inside their client businesses. This role is a mix of account management, customer success, and sales enablement—with a tech-forward approach. You must be comfortable working in a startup environment, wearing multiple hats, and supporting partners across various industries and time zones. Responsibilities:

Onboard and new clients Act as the main point of contact for questions, strategy, and troubleshooting Provide sales and technical support to help partners close deals and implement solutions Coordinate with internal development and training teams to streamline experience Assist with product feedback, updates, and communications Upsell clients from trials and lower level products Maintain accurate tracking of partner performance in

GHL Qualifications:
