This is a hands-on role focused on creating simple social media content and helping with customer communication.
Film short videos on busy days (mainly Fridays and Saturdays) Capture food, kitchen, and restaurant atmosphere Post simple social media content (Reels/TikTok/Instagram)
Dog Grooming:
Receive photos/videos from staff Create and post simple daily content Keep social media pages active
Customer Messages:
Reply to dog grooming emails and website inquiries Answer basic questions (pricing, availability, services) Help with appointment requests Reply to social media messages
Schedule:
Part-time (15-25 hours/week) Must be available Fridays and Saturdays Some remote work for editing and messaging
Requirements:
Comfortable using iPhone and social media (Instagram/TikTok/Facebook) Willing to learn basic video editing (CapCut or similar) Friendly and good with customer communication Reliable and consistent No professional experience required What We Offer Flexible hybrid schedule Opportunity to grow with the business Creative, hands-on environment (not office work)
