Job Description
Caperton Cabinets is a growing custom cabinet shop serving the Fort Smith and River Valley area. We build high quality custom cabinetry for some of the top custom home builders and homeowners in the region and we're expanding fast. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and professional person to join our team as a Customer Experience Coordinator. This is a part time position with strong full time potential as we grow. What you'll do: Meet with customers to finalize design selections, colors, and details after bids are approved Serve as the primary point of contact keeping customers informed and updated throughout their project Handle incoming calls and leads, set appointments, and keep the schedule organized Follow up after completion to request reviews and gather photos Support the owner with communications, follow up on warm leads, and general coordination Grow into additional responsibilities as the business scales What we're looking for: Warm, professional, and genuinely people oriented Highly organized with strong follow through Great communicator by phone and in person Comfortable in a small business environment where the role evolves Interior design interest or home building familiarity is a plus but not required This is a ground floor opportunity to grow with a business on a strong upward trajectory.
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
