Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Hybrid schedule available (3 days onsite / 2 days remote), though candidates should be comfortable working onsite full-time if business needs require it.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage incoming customer requests and inquiries Maintain accurate customer records, updates, and communication logs within the CRM system Prepare customer quotes and assist with service-related documentation Partner with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure timely follow-up Generate reports and track customer activity as needed Support ongoing customer communication with professionalism and urgency Prioritize and manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines
