Customer Service & Content Manager SportPlus Academy Our beloved front desk star is off to her next adventure, and we're looking for someone special to fill her shoes. SportPlus Academy is seeking a warm, organized, and creatively minded individual to be the face of our front desk and the voice of our brand online. This is a hybrid role that blends genuine people skills with social media savvy. What You'll Do Customer Service & Front Desk Welcome parents and students with a smile, and be the go-to resource for questions about schedules, classes, and membership Support the day-to-day flow of the facility so everything runs smoothly Social Media & Content Creation Manage and grow our Instagram and Facebook presence Capture authentic, in-the-moment photos and videos of classes and events Design posts using tools like Canva or CapCut and maintain a consistent posting schedule Collaborate with ownership to brainstorm creative ideas that attract new families and keep our current community engaged General Support Assist with administrative tasks as needed Be a dependable, positive presence for students, parents, and staff What We're Looking For A genuinely friendly, professional personality with strong customer service instincts Comfort with Instagram and Facebook, bonus points if you enjoy making content Basic familiarity with Canva or similar tools (we're happy to train the right person) Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle in-person interactions with other tasks Someone who cares about more than just a paycheck, we want a teammate who's invested in what we're building Why This Role Is Worth Your Time We believe the people who help build this place should benefit from its growth. Hours & Compensation Starting at $18/hour, with real potential to grow as the business grows. This is a part-time position — 3 shifts per week, approximately 9 hours total.

Monday & Wednesday:

4:30-7:30pm (flexibility to shift to 5-8pm if needed) Third shift: Tuesday 4:30-7:30pm or Saturday 10am-1pm — these can alternate week to week, or if one of those days works better for you consistently, we're open to that conversation.
