This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, professional, and comfortable working independently. The position involves a combination of remote phone/customer support, tenant communication, leasing, move-in and move-out coordination, vendor coordination, and periodic site visits to ensure each facility is operating smoothly. Responsibilities Answer phone calls and respond to tenant inquiries for all three storage facilities in a timely, polite, and professional manner. Assist prospective tenants with unit availability, pricing, rentals, move-ins, and general questions. Help current tenants with payments, account questions, access issues, move-outs, and other customer service needs. Develop positive relationships with tenants and provide friendly, helpful service. Monitor facility conditions and periodically visit each location to make sure the properties are clean, secure, and functioning properly. Coordinate basic maintenance, repairs, cleanup, snow removal, gate issues, security concerns, and other property needs. Help identify and communicate problems at the facilities, including tenant issues, unauthorized access, damage, trash, maintenance needs, or safety concerns. Coordinate with outside vendors, contractors, security personnel, bookkeepers, ownership, and other team members as needed. Assist with collections, late payments, tenant communication, and lien/enforcement processes as directed. Keep accurate notes and records related to tenant issues, maintenance items, vendor work, and facility conditions. Help improve systems, customer service, occupancy, and overall property operations. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple locations and priorities. Comfortable answering calls, texting, emailing, and using basic property management software or online systems. Able to work independently and take ownership of day-to-day property issues. Professional, polite, and patient when dealing with tenants. Comfortable coordinating with vendors and contractors. Able and willing to visit facilities in Colorado Springs, Denver, and Fort Collins on a regular basis as needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Self-storage, property management, real estate, maintenance coordination, leasing, or customer service experience preferred, but not required. Schedule and Work Arrangement This role has some flexibility and may involve a combination of remote work and on-site visits. The right person does not necessarily need to be physically present at the facilities every day, but must be responsive, dependable, and willing to visit the properties frequently enough to effectively manage them. Because the facilities are located in multiple cities, the role requires flexibility, good judgment, and the ability to coordinate site visits based on operational needs. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who is trustworthy, responsive, good with people, and capable of taking practical ownership of the day-to-day operations of multiple storage facilities. We are looking for someone who can build rapport with tenants, solve problems, coordinate repairs, communicate clearly, and help keep the facilities running smoothly.
