We are growing and looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Scheduling Coordinator to become the voice of our company. What You'll Do Answer incoming phone calls Respond to customer text messages and emails Schedule appointments and manage technician routes Confirm upcoming appointments Follow up with customers regarding estimates and services Coordinate schedule changes and customer requests Assist with review requests and customer communication Enter customer information accurately into our scheduling software Support daily office operations and administrative tasks Work From Home Opportunity This position will begin with in-office training. Once training is successfully completed and performance expectations are met, the position may transition to a hybrid or fully remote work-from-home role.
