Job Overview Precision Junk Removal & Hauling is looking for a professional and dependable Customer Service / Scheduling Coordinator to help manage incoming leads, customer communication, and scheduling operations as our company continues to grow across East Texas.
Pay:
$16-$18/hour to start depending on experience
Position Type:
Part time to start (20-30 hours/week) Opportunity to grow into full time Work from home available Flexible schedule On the job training provided
Job Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls Call and follow up with new leads quickly Schedule estimates, dumpster rentals, and jobs Send customer information, pricing, and updates Manage Facebook, Google, text, and phone communication Keep schedules, appointments, and customer information organized Assist with day to day office and operational tasks
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and professional Comfortable talking on the phone throughout the day Comfortable using computers, phones, and messaging platforms Able to multitask and work independently Fast response times and good customer communication
Preferred Experience:
Customer service Office/admin work Scheduling or dispatching Facebook/Google business messaging
